Work Experience

Heidi began her career in business development at a national law firm in Minneapolis. She spent nearly 10 years working with clients to detect and minimize risks associated with litigation. After leaving Robins Kaplan, Heidi joined KPMG and managed a portfolio of high growth accounts. She developed cross-functional tax, audit and advisory teams to provide clients with a broad and more strategic understanding of their financial environments and areas of growth. From there, Heidi was recruited to join RGP, where she worked with clients to identify and place senior-level executives to lead transformational business projects. At the beginning of 2018, Heidi joined Pinkerton as the director for Minnesota and Wisconsin markets. She is focused on working with clients to offer a comprehensive approach and solutions to risk management needs.
